LEGO Battle of Waterloo: Charge of the Scots Greys - Stop Motion animation
On 18th June 1815, at about 2pm, the Royal Scots Greys, as part of the Union Brigade charged D'Erlon's core that was attacking Picton's highlanders. This stop-motion animation tells the story, based on real accounts, of Sergeant Ewart's capture of the Eagle, the attack on the French artillery, and the counter-attack by French Lancers.

I'm not usually a fan of war of any kind, but the military uniforms of the Napoleonic wars are special. That and I'm an amateur enthusiast when it comes to human geography and geopolitics. The combination of the two is electric to me 🙂 Like you I can't wait to see what new figures will be released in this line. Scots Greys and Gordon Highlanders of course, but I'm hoping for Royal Welch Fusiliers and Monmouthshire Infantry specific figures 🙂 I don't think there's much hope of that though 😐 But I can dream 😊
